English 3 is a required English class for sophomores. The title of Unit 4 was “Danger Zones”. We studied natural disasters throughout the world. As a project, each group made a skit about a natural disaster and what we can do when it happens and, they performed it in front of the class.
One group made a story about a volcano erupting while they were hiking. Another group made a skit based on “Three Little Pigs” and gave us advice on what to do in case of fire, storm or typhoon. Another group made a story about Tsunami. The last group told us to go under the desk when there is an earthquake.

About other groups’ performance 「ナレーターの声の大きさと発音の良さが素敵でした。ダンスかわいかったです。」 「実際に山に残されたときの描写がリアルだし、オチもあって素晴らしいと思った。」 「Tsunamiの歌がうまかった、津波の演技をするのがすごいと思った。」 「（ベストグループは）演技力がダントツで上手でわかりやすくコメディドラマを見ているようでした。」
About their own groups’ performance 「自分のグループは時間が足りなかったのが反省点でしたが、内容的には走ったり、効果音を使ったり、工夫ができたのでうまくできたと思います。」 「自分のグループは爆発音が小さすぎて、皆に聞こえていなかったのが残念です。」 「やってみるまではスマホの台本を見ずにできると思っていましたが、いざ劇をやってみると緊張してしまい、チームの足を引っ張ってしまいました。」 「カチューシャをつけてみんなの前に出ることがかなり抵抗があったけれどやってみたら楽しかったです。」 「まず面白いストーリーを考えるのが難しかった。もっと尺をとれるように準備をすればよかったなと思った。」
