During a 3-week lecture period, the students have gained a knowledge on a consequence of the global nature of both international and domestic leadership and business. For example, in order to further develop issues on international business, we introduced leading companies examples of which included Panasonic, Samsung and Haier. They have also gained a knowledge on mindset that is required by business leaders in order to lead effective organisations. The lectures covered case studies that explored suggestions on the importance of why immigrant workers should be essential to the global economy and business. Various issues were considered to the extent of whether immigrant workers would experience workplace problems.
