The goal of Advanced English 4 is for students to be able to write four to five paragraph essays by the end of the term. They will write different types of essays such as descriptive, narrative, comparative, and opinion essays. They will also learn how to use writing assistant tools like Grammarly, and DeepL Write.
Although this is a writing class, students will be introduced to and discuss the TED Talk to improve their listening and speaking skills. Students will also develop their reading skills through peer assessment.
