The course concluded with students’ final presentations, which provided the whole class with opportunities to learn the key points of their research papers. The topics of their studies include: fast or sustainable fashion, energy sources, forest destruction, endangered species, solid and plastic waste, pollution, food loss and fair trade. These presentations as well as the discussions made us understand many aspects of the issues in relation to environment and development.
